A Note from Ms. Z​

My name is Ms. Zabbia, and I will be your English teacher this year. I am so excited to be your teacher as you start your journey through tenth grade! While I look forward to the opportunity to get to know you as the year continues, I thought it would be a good idea to introduce myself to you now!

In 2017 I graduated from St. Joseph’s College and currently hold a Bachelor’s degree in English Adolescence Education. I am currently working to gain my Master's Degree and second teaching certification as an Educational Technology Specialist at SUNY Oneonta. This is my second year working at St. John the Baptist, and I am truly honored and thrilled to be a part of this community. This school has such a strong sense of family, the likes of which I have not previously seen.

I want you to know that you can always come to me if you need help or just need to talk. I will always be honest with you, and I ask that you do the same with me. My classroom has an "open door policy", so please feel free to stop in whenever you'd like (even if the door isn't actually open)! You may also email me at any time at zabbia@sjbdhs.org.
