What is it?
Screencastomatic is a screen-casting software. This allows you to either record over a webcam, or record a copy of what is happening on your computer screen. You can also record audio to accompany these videos.
Is it easy to use?
Extremely easy and user friendly! Eay to record, choose recording options and choose saving options. Additionally, you can record a video of WHATEVER you want, as long as you can access it on your computer.
A free version is available. You can pay for more features, but for most purposes the free version is fine!

What might I use it for?
The great thing about this resource is that it can be used as an instructional tool, and as a tool for students to use ass part of projects!
